Immediate Access: If you order online, you will
have immediate access to the online journal upon verification of
your payment. You will see a link on the Confirmation page, which
will direct you to the Home page for immediate access to online
content. This immediate access is a temporary bridge until you receive
an e-mail (approximately 24-48 hours) with your Subscription number
and instructions for fully activating your online subscription.
Individual Subscription - For personal use, including online
access for one user. Payment must be in the form of either a personal
check or credit card.
Institutional Subscription - A business, organization, corporation,
or library. Payment must be in the form of a check or credit card
issued by the institution. Purchase orders are not accepted. To

Student Subscription - A single subscriber, currently studying
in a college or university setting. The student rate of $84.00
is available only after a copy of a valid student I.D. has been
faxed to Judie Tucker at 301-654-2845. The individual rate of
$135.00 will otherwise apply. Orders must be prepaid using either
a personal check or credit card.
All payments must be in U.S. dollars. International orders must be prepaid.
Canadian subscriptions include GST tax (GST #139702047RT) and are considered International. Health
Affairs Federal Tax Identification number is #53–0242962.
