1. Do you share my personal information with anyone else?

No. We respect your privacy. At no time do we disclose your individually identifiable information. We may, however, use information for statistical and demographic purposes. Our Privacy Policy is posted for your review.

2. Do you rent your mailing list?

Occasionally Health Affairs makes its subscriber list available to approved organizations for special offers that may be of interest to readers. 3. How can I obtain permission to republish or photocopy material from Health Affairs?

Material published in Health Affairs (ISSN 0728-2715) in print and in Health Affairs online (ISSN 1544-5208) is covered by copyright. All rights are reserved under United States and international copyright and other laws and conventions. Project HOPE, as publisher, expects that you will respect its intellectual property rights and use its material solely as set forth in its Terms and Conditions. To obtain permission to reproduce copyrighted materials beyond that permitted by the Terms and Conditions, please refer to Health Affairs' Permissions information.

5. What are the terms for online journal use for Institutional subscribers?

Health Affairs now offers institution-wide online access to the journal via IP address range for all Institutional and Library Subscribers. All Institutional Subscribers must abide by our Institutional Site License Agreement to activate online access. If this agreement raises questions, please Contact Us.

6. What is Health Affairs' linking policies?

Health Affairs welcomes suggestions for links to our site. Please submit your URL with a brief description of your Web site to webmaster@healthaffairs.org. Links to www.healthaffairs.org are allowed at the Webmaster's discretion. Health Affairs does not allow content from the journal to be posted directly on other Web sites.
