		<description><![CDATA[I am concerned about the patient&#039;s choice. Do patients with Medicaid and Medicare have any choice in who treats them or are they forced to abide by the referral provided by the physician. Are the patients provided with information on physicians in their area who can provide the needed treatment / surgeries? It is hard to argue that the system is not biased if physicians are the only people making choices in patient treatment.]]></description>
