		<description>It is refreshing to read a clinician&#039;s observation, finally. While agreeing with the analysis, I wish to point out that the author has not made adequate differentiation between &quot;procedural&quot; and &quot;non-procedural&quot; specialists. Essentially, non-procedural specialties have encountered a similar fate as the primary care groups due to similar issues of low reimbursement associated with high cost of conducting business. 

While trying to address the problem of primary care, we hope that non-procedural, office-based specialties are not lumped with hospital-based, procedure-oriented specialties.</description>
