Don Berwick, the administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, will face vigorous questioning from Republicans when he appears before the Senate Finance Committee tomorrow. Berwick of course was given a recess appointment by President Obama, so he never testified at a confirmation hearing.
