Alex C. Liber, MSPH, is a PhD candidate in the Health Services Organizations and Policy program at the University of Michigan’s School of Public Health. Liber’s research has focused on issues in tobacco control policy and surveillance, both domestic and international. His work uses methods from health services research, political science, economics, and epidemiology to address issues including novel tobacco product regulation, tobacco pricing, and wellness incentives on health insurance.
