Harold D. Miller is the Executive Director of the Center for Healthcare Quality and Payment Reform (www.CHQPR.org). Miller has been working at both the regional and national levels on initiatives to improve the quality of healthcare services and to change the fundamental structure of healthcare payment systems in order to support improved value. Miller also serves as Adjunct Professor of Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University.
