Michael J. Hasselberg, PhD, is currently an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Clinical Nursing at the University of Rochester. Dr. Hasselberg received his PhD degree in Health Practice Research in 2013. Dr. Hasselberg is also a graduate of The Academy for Healthcare Leadership Advancement through the Healthcare Association of New York State and the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, and is the Director of UR Medicine Telepsychiatry Program, and the UR Project ECHO. Dr. Hasselberg has a special interest in leveraging technology to deliver high quality, evidence-based care to adults with mental health conditions and the transformation of health care delivery systems from volume to value.
