Patricia Illingworth is a Research Fellow at the Carr Center for Human Rights, The Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, and Professor in the Department of Philosophy at Northeastern University. Her most recent book is entitled, The Health of Newcomers (NYU Press 2017), co-authored with Wendy Parmet.
