Meredith Hughes is a JD/MPH student at the University of Pittsburgh with a focus on health policy. Prior to Pitt, she was a Policy Analyst and Writer at the Bipartisan Policy Center where she supported the work of Tom Daschle and Bill Frist. One of her projects while at the BPC was “A Bipartisan Rx for Patient-Centered Care and System-Wide Cost Containment.” Ms. Hughes has also worked at the New America Foundation and interned with Senator Bob Casey Jr.
