Sean Mullin is a senior director at Leavitt Partners based in Chicago, Illinois. He assists clients with target customer and market analysis, value proposition refinement, and market positioning strategies. He also develops long-term projections for shifts in commercial lines of business based on pending regulatory changes and competitor market dynamics, with deep experience in the small- and large-group business. Prior to joining Leavitt Partners, Mullin spent nearly 11 years at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA). Most recently, he was a managing director of strategic consulting services and policy strategy at BCBSA. He has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of brand strategy, competitive intelligence, and emerging markets at BCBSA. Mullin received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan.
