Malini Nijagal is a practicing obstetrician-gynecologist at the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Instructor at UCSF School of Medicine. In addition to providing clinical care, her work focuses on identifying care and payment models that can lead to a higher value maternity care system. She previously worked in Marin County, California, where she designed and implemented a new maternity care delivery system within Marin General Hospital and served as the Medical Director of OB/GYN at Marin Community Clinics. Nijagal has an MD from UCSF School of Medicine and an MPH in Health Management from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She completed her residency training at UCLA Medical Center.
