Sayeh Nikpay, Ph.D., M.P.H. is an assistant professor in the Department of Health Policy at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Her research evaluates the impact of safety-net programs on hospital behavior. She received her Ph.D. in Health Policy from the University of Michigan and was a staff economist at the White House Council of Economic Advisers in 2010-2011. @saynikpay
